Please come by my house at 1947 Emoriland Blvd on Sunday, June 28th from 2:00pm to 4:00 pm to meet Ray Abbas, who is running for the District 4 City Council Seat.
Ray is committed to strengthening our city one neighborhood at a time. Ray is a lifelong resident of Knoxville who grew up in the Fourth and Gill neighborhood. He has been serving our community for years and would continue doing so as our City Councilman. Again, please stop by on Sunday, June 28th to meet Ray.
